How to appeal a planning decision.

An applicant can usually appeal a decision of the Local Planning Authority. This may be because of a refusal of planning permission or because of unreasonable or onerous conditions being imposed on a planning permission. Choosing the right way forward can be a daunting task for those not familiar with the process, but the submission of an appeal at least gives you some comfort that someone independent from the Local Planning Authority has properly considered your proposal.
